Custom Fields

Add extra data to rooms, tailored to your environment.


If you wish to highlight certain features of rooms, you can do this using the Custom Fields section.

Common uses for these are things like room capacity, number of computers available, or whether it has certain equipment such as printers or projectors. The available field types are Checkbox, Free-text, or Dropdown list.

Custom Fields are for information purposes only, and are not used elsewhere in the system at the moment.

Once you have created a field, it will be available to populate when you create new rooms or edit existing rooms.

It's recommend to set up your custom fields before adding your rooms, so you can populate your Custom Field data when creating each room.

Custom fields will be displayed alongside other room details when users click on a room name or view a Booking's details.
