Find out what it has to offer

Version 1 is now more than 6 years old, but still has a great set of features that can help you bring management and organisation to room booking.

Eliminate double bookings

Bookings are made by one person, for one room, at one time period. Once a booking has been made, everyone can see that the room and period are marked as booked, so no clashes can happen.

Custom timetable

Administrators are free to create their own weekly timetable schedule and recurring bookings, which suits most school timetabling.

Classroombookings was created specifically to work with a typical two-week timetable. But it doesn’t stop there. You are free to assign each week in the academic year to one of the timetable weeks, which enables you to work around holidays.

Easy to use

The system interface was designed to be used by teachers, and is very straightforward to use. Finding the right room and period and making a booking is a quick and easy process for teachers.

Administrators can also set up the schedule with recurring bookings for the whole year.

No limits

There are no limits imposed on the number of rooms, users, periods, holidays, timetable weeks or bookings you can have.

Never run out again.
