Setting up a new installation.

Once you've installed classroombookings for the first time, you can start changing settings to match your school and adding various items that make it work.

The suggested order for getting up and running is as follows:

  • Update settings in School Details.
  • Set up the periods or lesson times in The School Day.
  • Specify the dates of the Academic Year, followed by timetable weeks in Week Cycle.
  • Add any Holidays that take place in the academic year.
  • Add your bookable Rooms.
  • Add new User accounts.
  • Add timetabled lessons on recurring bookings.

As an administrator user, all of these can be done from the main Control Panel page.
