You can now organise your rooms into groups! This makes them easier to manage and improves the Bookings experience.
You can also change the order that rooms groups are displayed in.
At first, this is an opt-in feature. To turn it on, head over to Setup > Settings, scroll down to 'Experimental features', tick 'Room Groups', then Save.
Rooms Management
In Setup > Rooms, a new 'Groups' item on the menu lets you manage your groups.
You can drag-and-drop the green arrows icon to change the order of rooms and groups.
Bookings
The Bookings page has also been updated to accommodate Groups, and the date picker has been improved to better convey multi-week timetables.
